The inception of Tropical Sojourn Travel & Tours traces its roots back to 2020 when the world faced unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent travel restrictions. Despite our initial intent to launch in 2020, circumstances compelled us to pause and reflect. It was during this period of uncertainty that our founder, Mrs. Mazurai, drew from her extensive experience in the hospitality and travel sectors. Having graduated in Hotel Management in 2002, she had the privilege of working with various service industries and travel companies. During these professional journeys, she identified a significant opportunity to elevate the tourism industry’s standards, particularly in Malaysia.

Rather than positioning Tropical Sojourn Travel & Tours as a competitor to established travel companies, Mrs. Mazurai envisioned a collaborative approach.
