Tropical Sojourn Travel & Tours – Refund Policy

At Tropical Sojourn Travel & Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please read our refund policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled for our tour packages.

 

Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our official email address hello@tropicalsojourn.com or through our booking platform, as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • The cancellation request date will be considered the date we receive the written notification.

Refund Eligibility

  • 24 hours or More Prior to Departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable item such as travel insurance.

Amendments and Rebooking

  • We allow one-time rescheduling of tour dates with at least 24 hours notice prior to the original tour date, subject to availability and potential price differences. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rebooking fee
  • If your travel plans change, we will work to accommodate your new dates, but refunds will not be issued if you choose to cancel after rebooking.

Cancellation Due to Emergencies

  • In the event of unexpected natural disasters, health pandemics, or other unavoidable emergencies that impact your ability to travel, we may offer a refund or reschedule the activities. This is at the discretion of our management team and subject to available rescheduling options.

Force Majeure

  • Tropical Sojourn Travel & Tours cannot be held responsible for any losses or cancellations caused by factors outside our control, such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In these situations, refunds may be limited based on the policies of our service providers and may be issued in the form of travel credits rather than cash refunds.

Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the confirmed cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or, in some cases, as travel credits if that option was selected during booking.
